Bill,

Looks like the site is hitting its capacity again...

I got this tonight for a little bit, then it cleared up.

"Warning: Too many connections in ./admin/db_mysql.php3 on line 50

There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience"

I'm sure you got a hold of this one. Let us know the status on the site. I have noticed slowness lately, but I haven't been waiting for posts to show right away anyway. been keeping my eye on other things at the same tine.

Alon

I have noticed a significant increase in time that it takes for a post to show up. Earlier I could jump from post listing to a post very quick, however, it now takes several minutes for me to look up a particular post. Any thoughts???

We're shopping for a new server

There's no doubt we will need a new server. The box we're currently on is due to be upgraded. I thought we would wait and see if the upgrade helps before moving.

To be honest, I have been spending lots of time lately with MB Autowerks and have not been minding MercedesShop the way I should. Only so many hours in the day!
