Lightbulb Lets have a Social Forum

In my opinion, the Open Discussion ought to be discussions about "anything you want to here including cars other Mercedes Benz".

Of late, the Open Discussion has gone to include anything other than cars.

I would nominate the idea of having a Social Forum for discussions to promote goodwill and active interaction amongst members - on subjects like jokes and humour, food and drinks, lifestyles and so forth.

Any seconders?

Nah! Keep it in Open Discussion...too many forums as it is!

I was once a junior member, perfectly content with cruising "Tech Help" for a few threads here and there...

...now I'm spending all day hopping all over several forums, just in case I missed some informative tidbit somewhere...

...I'm going NUTS!!

I agree there are a lot of forums now and I'm happy with what there is now. I don't like places like www.dtmpower.net because they have it divided by model and this sepertates the owners to much.

Kerry, the Open Forum is the Social Forum, where anything is open for social discussion. This includes any subject from what I wear after work or what I ate for dinner, or it may include even talk about cars other than Mercedes.

Featured cars is used to discuss new mercedes and such. Open is for any discussion to come to mind, hence the name open discussion.
