I am a master BMW dealership technician who recently bought a Mercedes from a family member. (Save the BMW remarks please)
Being solely a Bmer tech, I had a few questions regarding my newy aquired Mercedes.
I really have been very impressed by the dedication and professionalism displayed by the Mercedes pros running this website!
No negative, derogatory talk, no biased opinions, just factual information provided by those wishing to provide help to others, while promoting the product.
Being in the buisness myself, I have the utmost respect for you guys. All Mercedes owners are very lucky you are here for them.

JRC-
Thank you for your kind comments. You emphasize some key points that really describe what we are all about.

We try very hard to maintain the quality and integrity of our site. We want this to be a place where Mercedes owners can get good honest factual information about their cars.

We don't want this site to turn in to a chat room like the newsgroups or the various mailing lists. There is nothing wrong with chat...that's just not what we are about.

We don't want to hear about MB vs Lexus vs BMW...take it outside!

We don't want to hear about global politics or religion. There's a place for everything and this is not the place for that.

All we want to be is the "Ultimate Mercedes Benz technical site on the web" Simple as that.

Hopefully, people with all levels of automotive aptitude will feel welcome here and know that their time on this site is well spent.

This is a great site, I like the fact that all the fluff is cut out and it's focused on technical information. I was already to pay to have my dash lights fixed, when I found the answer to my problems in the archives.

Keep up the good work!

Russla
