Diesel injector nozzle POP test pump

I spoke with Roy and he stated that an asian company makes a very good cheap model. Does any one else know of a good model that will check and clean my injecters?

Very nice but not 'cheap' it's about $400 shipping and customs was actually the cheap part -$18.00. They require a business account and a hefty minimum order BUT if enough folks need one...I have one (account) and I'll take care of that.(trying to attach a photo from a pdf.)

It's about 16 1/2" high and used a 10mm pump element and delivery valve. The stopcock shaft tends to get damp with fuel but it does beat anything I ever saw home made.

What does the needle valve on the right control?

It's a stopcock

to isolate the pressure gauge when you do the hard fast pumping for the spray pattern test. If you leave it open you can damage the clockwork inside the gauge when the needle slams back and forth.

That makes sense. Thanks.
