I hear horror stories every day, vehicle junked because owner forgot to take pictures, and re-assembled by guess...

I have like 15 different body stile cars tore apart. some I tore apart 20 years ago. and I like to take pictures of like when I turn the car upside down to remove hydraulic suspensions. or just cut floor at bottom floor boards and in fronf of fire wall, cut at windshield, then you just have dash easy to remove part and does not take much room in garage.
That is a smart idea for you.

Most pawn shops near me stopped taking anything but the highest level units, because digital cameras lose value faster than they can sell them.

"Remember", take pictures BEFORE you tear it apart.

The older 2 or 4 meg digitals on ebay they almost give away.

Camera and a Mityvac are two indispensable tools for us along with AeroKroil too.

I take a lot of pictures using the cell phone every day not only to remember how to put something together but also to remind me to do stuff later on in the evening when I am in front of the puter and able to look something up. I don't write down serial numbers, model numbers etc.... anymore. I just take a pic of it.

I don't know how many pictures the roll of film in my phone holds.
