Vin # Sticker Locations? W140
Hi everyone,
Considering a 97 w140 s500 purchase. was wondering if each body panel and door is stamped or has a sticker with the vin # on it. if so, where are they located? are there any problem areas to check for on these cars? thanks

The W140 chassis did not have VIN stickers on the original parts!

My 92 500 SEL which I have owned since 94 has stickers all over, the bumpers, the hood, and the trunk, I have not looked everywhere but bet there are more... it is a little white sticker about an inch and a half wide. Did they discontinue the proceedure?
