Looking for Watson: Bosch Fuel Injection book
 
I'm looking for "How to Tune and Modify Bosch Fuel Injection" by Ben Watson in electronic or hardcopy but cannot find it available anymore at major bookstore websites (Amazon, Borders, Motorbooks, etc). Can anyone help we locate this text? Thanks.
