I don't know the original source of the document, nor the full range of applicability. Since it came with my '83 300CD and the PO included a bunch of miscellaneous documents and it matches my understanding of th W123 ACC system, I assume that's what it's for.

Next post(s) I'll put it up as 4 pdfs (larger upload size on the forum, so hopefully better resolution) and finally as a single 4 page pdf.

FWIW, the pdf's open in 79% mode. Switch to lanscape and 100% to print.
