It doesn't look that horrible, I bet if you cleaned it up with some leather cleaning stuff from like Autozone or something it would come back nicely.

Verify that its not leaking, and then replace the hose bit. If its leaking source one from a junkyard car.

Me thinks the HVAC system has a bad vacuum pod. There should be a pod that closes the dampener for the defroster vents during certain conditions. I'd just peel back the tape and use from GooGone to remove the residue.

yeah the whole ac system needs to pretty much be redone.. don't care about that.. car has to run! missed the ups package twice dammitall! thanks for the epc.. and yeah i know about the fpr.. cept i don't know all the hose sizes yet
and the damned leather is so bad even with leather cleaner, shampoo and conditioner 2 times, its still dry.. and it has holes :| so going to need to leatherique it later on anyways
