560 SEL, This is what worked for me
 
Blue Smoke= Liqui Moly or Lubro Moly, buy from Amazon
Oil= Shell Rotella T6 Full Synthetic or a combo of Amsoil 10w40 and Valvoline Extended life 10w40
Coolant= Zyrtec G-05. Mercedes Approved, almost the same as the OEM stuff, half the cost. Mercedes Approved!
Transmission Fluid= Amsoil ATF and Valvoline Max Life ATF
Rear Diff Oil= Mobil 1 synthetic 75w90

560 sel starting to have small trans leak
 
I started to notice a very tiny drip from my Trans. I had it looked at and the shop said I needed a re-seal job. Otherwise the transmission has not given me any issues. I spoke with another shop and they said based on that to try a seal conditioner and see if it will stop the leak. Well I know opinions fly with that sort of thing so this is what I did and it has worked for me so far. Drained the fluid, changed the filter and pan gasket. Refilled with a combo of Valvoline Max Life and Amsoil AFT, I topped if off, just a quarter of a bottle of Lucas Trans Fix. No more leaks so far. Two weeks since. Shifts very smooth and if this works I will wait until the spring and due the re seal then. I know this will only be a short term fix. I also changed out the rear diff oil with Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil and the car drives like silk! This is what I did and it has worked. I drive my 560sel every day, commuter car and do trips from VA to MA in it.
