Interior dimensions W123, W124, W126

Can anyone post a link to a site where I might find typical interior dimensions for various M-B models/ chasis types? The dimensions I am looking for include, legroom, headroom, shoulder width, etc.
The chassis would include W123, W125, W126, and others

With a W123 sedan, I know from personal experience you can stick an 8 foot 2 x 4 stud in the passenger footwell and the other end just tucks in under the driver side rear window,AND you can close the door with no interference.

These cars are bigger on the inside than they are on the outside. You can't co that in a Crown Vic !!

Nate, isn't that what your F-250 is for?
Banish any thoughts that a M-B is a mere utilitarian vehicle.;)
IMO if something's too big for the trunk, other than a person or pet, golf clubs or fishing gear, it should be carried in a truck.
I know MB Tex is tough but I wouldn't want to risk making any tears in my upholstery to carry any BS (building supply).

Lietuvai,

You should have seen me with the 12 sheets of drywall strapped to the roof rack of the '73 Le mans wagon, but that's another story. (yeah, I did get home with no incidents)

Your point is well taken, but it was only one stud, it was kiln dried and sanded 4 sides, and 19 year old faded Palomino MB leather tough enough to handle my backside for the last 2 years can certainly stand the weight of one end of a 2 x 4. For the really big jobs, I really do use the truck---

Nate, sounded like your piece of lumber was not something that's just a run of the mill.;)
These M-B's do well in a pinch. I've brought home a suprising amount of fertilizer bags and peat moss in the trunk of my 300D for my wife recently. That trunk is larger than it looks.
