I've had very good luck with Bob's Imports in Lawrence. They've serviced my '94 E320 Cabriolet for the last five years and Gary, who runs the shop, is an ace at diagnosis and problem solving on all models of Mercedes and BMW's. They're straight shooters and have never tried to ream me.
