using "AND" , "OR , "NOT"
How the hell do I search for a thread that REQUIRES certain words be present? E.g., "diagnose M104 overheating"? They may be combined in any order but I want them all there AND I may as well ask how to exclude a word, too. I have had some luck using the Google search but I prefer the shopforum search. Thanks
-Tom

Use Google as your search engine and specify peachparts as the domain to search.

Is there no way to do this in shopforum search?. Again, the Gooogle search isn't as clear to me - I much prefer Shopforum search! Also, one cannot specify which forum to search with Google.
This info should be in a sticky. Please. -Tom

Yes, there is a way to specify the domain for the search in Google. Use the advanced search and the input is at the bottom of the page. It's already a sticky..........our problem is getting people to read. How do I Search for information? |
