The deal fell through, so my wagon is once again on the market. No issues with the car, more the logistics and expense of moving from Texas to California became problems. In the end I guess the buyer just didn't want the car enough to deal with the hurdles and expense.

No changes to the car since first posted, it's been sitting in the garage undriven and looking lonely. Still 141K miles. I did clean the floor mats and cargo area carpet, so it now looks a bit better than when photographed.

The ex-buyer ran a carfax and had a local mechanic inspect the car. I'm working to get copies of each and will make them available to prospective buyers.

I'll add a disclaimer: This is a very nice, well kept, properly maintained car. It is also an 18 year old car that has been driven daily. Expect a nice, reliable, comfortable wagon, but it is not showroom new in every way. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
