FS - '86 560SL 147k $13,900 in central GA

For sale is a very well-maintained three-owner '86 560SL, originally purchased in Atlanta and spending all its life in GA. I no rust anywhere; original paint looks great; matching Michelin MXV's with 70% left, original spare in the trunk. Many records from previous owners including new fuel distributor and timing chain replacement, brakes, shocks, plugs and much more. Interior is very nice Palamino leather, carpets, dash and all panels show no damage, hard-top headliner is perfect.
The frame and mechanism of the original canvas top are fine but several seams have pulled apart and been sealed with a plastic sealant. There are no leaks, just cosmetic problems.

It starts, runs and shifts smooth and strong; no hesitation, just seamless power. The power options all function correctly, manual seats, the ACC works perfectly and the AC is very cold. The Becker has been replaced by a Clarion CD player. Many other pictures are available or I'll gladly take shots of any part or point you might have questions on.

Thanks for bringing it by today Rick. First time I have driven an SL ever. First time for a 5.6 too like a bowtie big block just different.
