what issues exactly?

I have tried to list the good and the bad about the car, but only from memory, and the list should not substitute for an inspection report. There may be other issues that I have forgotten or not noticed, but what I recall is listed. Car has been repainted by my brother before giving it to me. I think there may have been some prior damage, but the carfax shows clean.

The good:
Since my ownership, I have only been running synthetic oil in the engine.
Transmission shifts firmly
Engine runs well.
A/C works fine
Original radio
No dash cracks

The bad (not really bad, but annoying):
The paint on the roof and trunk is fading. I am not a paint expert, but I think this will buff out.
It does have a couple of dings.
Power antenna does not work
Driver’s door sticks a little.
Thermostat (if present) is stuck OPEN, so it runs a little cool in the winter and takes longer to warm up. Have new thermostat.
I think the left front wheel bearing needs to be replaced. I have the parts, just not the time to put them in.
The steering wheel leather is worn and needs to be replaced.
