I have a white w/blue interior 1989 300TE for sale. It has the third seat and 235,000 miles. It does run well and the body and interior are in good but not perfect shape. Some specific problems are the need for a seatbelt replacement in the middle seat, a seat and window switch for the front passanger side, a slow electrical leak (the battery will drain after a couple of weeks of non-use), and, occasionally, it will spontaneously die (after which you can just start it up again). It also has quite a few parts added in the last 30,000 miles like the water pump, rotor/distributor and wires, radiator, and stearing gear box (over $400 alone). So, this could be a daily user, albeit not perfect, or a very nice parts car. Interior has no rips, tears or cracks. Exterior has 2 or three 'paint bubble' rust marks. No sheet metal is rusted through. I am located in NE Wisconsin, I am asking $1,400, and I can deliver just about anywhere in the US very reasonably.
