1972 280 Sel 4.5L in Ontario, Canada
 

Hi Everyone,

I think it is time to sell my first car. It is a 1972 280 SEL with the 4.5L. It has less than 62000 original miles!

I bought it last fall and with a bit of work on my fathers part it ran perfectly for a year without any mechanical problems. It is running a little rough right now, shouldnt be anything major.

Brakes and tranny are super. Never any problems.

Seats are immaculate, the wooden dash is pretty good. The vinyl part of the dash is perfect, no cracking or anything like that. Sunroof, defrost, heater all work as well.

The worst thing about the car is the paint. There is a few small rust cracks in the paint, but no real body rust that I have found. There is NO bondo.
