WTB: 1982-1985 300D w/ Good Transmission

I'm looking for a 1982 to 1985 300D Turbo with a good transmission and at least a half-way decent body (parking lot dents okay). Seats must be in good condition (no major tears, good springs). I'm in central oklahoma, so I'm looking for something here or in a surrounding state, no more than 600 miles away.
