What is causing you to sell this very beautiful car?

i have gotten my self indebt, i have a buyer for it, who wants to give me the 6k, but i am reluctant to sell now:(
i am now considering to sell my 1979 300SD, not sure if i will get as much as the 500, but it is just as nice except for the paint, 160k miles, completely new a/c system (all major components compressor servo etc.. still R-12) recently serviced 30K, black interior as new, wood as new, new tires, all belts, recently replaced the timing chain and tensioner. new windshield, new brake pads rotors and brake hoses. new alternator, new starter, new thermostat with mb coolant flush, all engine cooling system hoses, windows were recently tinted. recently installed new bosio nozzles from dieselgiant.com
i have serviced the transmission, and differential within the past month, new cooler lines for trans cooler as well. i am sure i am forgetting something but it is very reliable. i don't have any pictures yet, but will post some if there is interest
