1987 300d Turbo for sale.
 

I owed my dad money so I gave him the ole 300d. He has a diesel mechanic on hand that works on their delivery trucks and he got the car running. I have no idea what was wrong with it. Something with the IP. Anyway hear it is. click the ebay link.

the car does run and drive good. Very strong and fast. #14 head, runs cool tho. radiator replaced 2001-02 sometime. No back pressure in the system. Runs strong. Tranny shifts pretty smooth and at the right times. I had it adjusted to my likings by my mechanic. I think we got most of the leaks from the IP and the lines fixed. It leaks a lil oil hear and there. It does not pour fluids so thats good. Good oil pressure, runs very cool, and has smooth idle and quick response. Strong motor! rear end howls a little at certain spends but it quite above 60mph and beyond.

Body has ZERO rust. This car was bought new in Louisiana, then spent many a year in Tallahassee, Fla then Georgia. We are the fourth owners. Some service stamps but mostly incomplete documentation. Paint is shot. Lots of clearcoat peel on the trunk, passenger fender, etc.

Now hear is where it gets fun.... Power windows, seats, mirrors, telescoping steering wheel DO WORK...... The cruise, radio, a/c, locks, sunroof, climate control blower, DO NOT WORK..... Dont know why, dont know why. I bought it as a project but cant do it right now in my life.

Interior is decent. Seats are in good shape. Carpets could use a cleanin. Dash has no ugly cracks. Headliner decent. driver seat has a few small cracks. sunvisors have new Golden engineered clips. They work awesome. lol.

rebuilt alternator, new battery, 4 Brand new Goodyear LS tires with maybe 500 miles on them. Ebay says two but it is actually 4 new tires, fresh oil, tranny flush, rear end flush.
