1973 450 SLC in Pittsburgh
 

Sorry- just read the thread about "how to sell your car". We're selling it because we have 3 cars and a 2 car garage and live in western Pa. Come winter, storing the car will be an issue. It was purely a weekend car, not a daily driver.

We're trying to find a new home for our 73 SLC. We've had the car since 11/2005. It's in fair condition overall. Starts and drives on the first try every time, but the brakes are very soft, so it has to be towed or trailered.
We'd rather sell it to someone who loves MBs rather than have it parted out, but it could be a great parts car too. First $1000 takes it.

Needs passenger side window glass
Paint is bubbling in the usual spots
Needs new trunk latch and the trunk itself is dented
Much of the fuel line was replaced less than 50 miles ago (original line dry rotted)
Body is straight and solid with very little rust (primarily in the wheel wells)
Back seat in great condition, but front driver seat needs need springs (at least) and the leather is torn in spots.
Does not have a sunroof.
