In current state of tune it made it from Pamplin, VA to Arlington, VA. - Original interior (could use new floor mats) in good condition. - Repaint about 2 years before being put into storage 10 years ago, paint looks great. - Due to being in storage for years, it will need some new weatherstripping and rubber parts, change of all fluids (transmission, rear diff etc.) Price: $6500 OBO Same ad on craigslist as well. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/1385171794.html Edit: I also have: 4 - 16" forged CLK wheels (with dark grey painting centers) with tires mounted in correct size for W114, W115, W123 cars) Price: $650 5 - 14" alumn wheels that accept hubcaps with no tires mounted. Sorry, I have no idea where to get new wood pieces for this car.
Bump with some updates (I am unable to update the stuff above, so here are the updates): 1974 Mercedes 280C, W114 Chassis I am the 2nd owner, car as-is is a real head-turner when out driving. - Unknown miles, no record of if the odometer has rolled. - Engine is the M110 engine with a 4-barrel Quadrajet carb (US engine, 145HP). Runs OK as-is. With a tune-up it would be great. In current state of tune it made it from Pamplin, VA to Arlington, VA (3.75 hour drive). - Original interior (could use new floor mats) in OK condition. - Repaint about 2 years before being put into storage 10 years ago, paint looks great. - Due to being in storage for years, it will need some new weatherstripping and rubber parts, change of all fluids (transmission, rear diff etc.) basically it needs a refresh on the wear items. UPDATE - Installed the 5 14" alumn wheels with brand new tires (4 wheels and spare). Saved 60lbs in unsprung weight over the stock steel wheels! Price: $5250 OBO UPDATE I have full factory service manuals for the entire car and M110 motor (2 manuals) that can be negotiated into the package. I am attempting to sell due to my parents looking to downsize their house to one without a garage. This car really needs to be garage kept and have someone restore/refurbish it. It will make a great cruiser. Thanks for looking, you can PM or e-mail me for additional pictures. Nathan
