Not really. Seems like the average price for one of these in decent condition. He doesn't list the mileage, which either means he has no idea how to sell a car, or is scared to list it.

Listing mileage would eliminate a lot of tire kickers, especially if it's high mileage.

I called his number on Tuesday or Wednesday (forget which). Number is not in service. I almost flagged it, but got busy looking for a car.
