For Sale 1987 300TD my pain your gain!!

Please if you own a 1987 300td......BLEED/BURP THE AIR WHEN CHANGING THE COOLANT..!! or Blow a head gasket like me.
All my fault, she was as strong as they come with 300k plus, odo stopped at 288k last year, I changed the coolant this fall and she was fine until I hit a 8% grade for 6 miles at 70 mph. I need a safe daily AWD car so i have to let her go. if any one is interested i will go into details and post pictures, shes White with Maroon interior, my daily driver for 2 years, very minimal rust, newish rear hydro shocks, overall GOOD,2 sets of wheels and tires, oil changed every 5-7k with Amsoil marine and diesel. I have no idea what to ask for it. Thanks....this sucks, i loved this car.

Ok here are some finer details. The Good: New glow plugs, Newish hydro shocks and fluid(bought used but looked very new), new rear pads and rotors, new fuel filters,New tranny fluid filter and gasket, new Power steering fliud and filter, new Amsoil rear end fluid, rust only below the passeger side rocker,Pioneer CD player and speakers installed, all essentials are operational, (tranny, brakes, shocks, hubs, elec.seats, windows, heat, e-brake, seat belts, wipers front and rear, all bulbs interior and exterior. ) Like i said, it was my daily driver for 2 years while hauling my 2 rug rats. Runs very strong...with a head gasket......3rd row seat folds and unfolds as expected, interior is very clean..not perfect but clean, oil changed w/Amsoil Marine and Diesel with a Mahle filter, 2 sets of Mercedes 15" wheels and tires (one is original the other is a big hole 5 star pattern that look much better to me than original)
The bad: Front Driver side fender and door dented from a deer collision, A/C works for an hour after filled but leaks from compressor, rear washer fluid in-op or disconnected, rear hatch seal leaks slightly, Neutral safety switch out (gotta start in neutral), odo quit at 288,000 last year so im guessing about 310,000-320,000 Miles, only foot and defrost vents work, sun roof in-op for 2 weeks now... not sure why.
I just washed it today and it looks great!!! to me anyways, I am gonna miss her bad but i need a down payment on a Safe AWD commuter...so my wife says. Any questions please call me at 304-222-5981, Thanks, Chris

I just went through my glove box and found out I have most of the service records, 2 factory maintenance booklets that stop at 180,000 miles and the last Service center reciept I have is stops at 230,000.
I bought it with 244k and did all the service myself after that, I also have all the original booklets, Becker radio, MB directory, factory approved service products, roadside assistance program, 300TD parts breakdown schematic book and owners manual, again pictures are coming around midnight tonight.

Im sorry i dont know how to post pics on the forum but they are in my profile. If you click "Mrboogaty" and then click my "albums" they are all there....all the pics i could take in the middle of a snow storm, any stray specs or white accumulation in the pics is probably snow, also I didnt have time to vacuum it out but it will be very clean if someone buys it( I think i see some Cheetos in the back). I have both sets of both styles of wheels plus the original spare(that is 9 wheels and tires total) Jack and lug wrench all original. And I forgot to mention I installed a new starter and battery last year. If you have any questions please call me 304-222-5981

I will hold firm at $1000, if i cant get that then I will I head to ebay and see what happens, then start the disassembly process, Im sure the injection pump, tranny and various other electric motors and widgets will pull me over the $1000 mark. This has truly been a great car and I am sure would go many more miles with a functional head. It will start, idle and drive so yes it will pull itself onto a hauler.
