FS: 1995 E320 Wagon, Great Condition, Lower Miles, AMG Aeros, $6750
Yes, I'm crazy for letting this one go, but I'm having diesel withdrawals (desiring an '95 E300) and have my eye on a gorgeous 2001 740i sport which I'm sure I'll regret. Anyway, the details...
I purchased this car last October from a benz enthusiast in Sedona, AZ. He wrecked his '87 300TD wagon, and chose this car as his replacement. While it didn't come with any records, he did buy it knowing the dealer had completely replaced the head on it around 70k (iirc), and that work shows on the carfax. He put a considerable amount of work into it, including a valve cover gasket, AC service with dryer and expansion valve, rear hatch struts, brake work, and a few other things I'm forgetting because I don't have the service records in front of me. Because of the Arizona heat it had a nice tint put on the rear windows that keeps the cabin very cool. When I purchased it with 109k on her , I immediately replaced the weeping water pump, and had the oil changed, coolant, SLS suspension, and transmission fluid replaced. It hasn't given me any troubles since, including a cross country trip from Kansas to California and back. It is currently has 119k on her, and a recent mobile 1 synthetic oil change. There are no mechanical issues or leaks of any kind that I'm aware of, and the car was inspected by my MB indy during its last oil change. All secondary electrical systems, including all windows, power antenna, etc, work flawlessly. The car accelerate, shifts, stops, and turns perfectly. This is an ASR car with heated seats. Cosmetic wise I made some considerable improvements. I had the bottom cladding professionally painted black to match the primary color, which really sets it off. I also put on some period correct AMG aeros with new Bridgestone tires. The beautiful saddle interior was in great shape to begin with, but the dry Arizona heat had taken its toll on the console wood. Thankfully I came across a much better set out of a wrecked Northern car with 90k, and replaced them. The car has some stone chips on the front from my adventures, along a few very minor scratches and dings associated with a car of this age, but overall the wagon is in superb condition. The only cosemetic issue worth disclosing is a small scrape on the bottom of the rear bumper. My grandmother was borrowing the car while her Cadillac was getting repaired a few months ago, but thankfully the impact didn't crack the plastic. I touched up the area, and is not visible unless you crouch down to look at it. It took me a few days before I even noticed it. Considering the cars appearance, condition, extras and low miles, I think I've priced it very fairly at $6750. At $6750, I'll include the stock wheels with great tires, along with an extra wiring harness and throttle actuator, well over $1000 worth of parts. I purchased the parts off the same wrecked 90k wagon that I got the wood from, and the wiring harness was recently replaced before the accident. I can't tell if the harness in my wagon is original or not, but it does not have the rampant degradation I've seen with other W124s, and is not giving any issues right now. If you desire to have the stock wheels put back on the car, and I keep the Aeros, I will take $800 off the purchase price. Here are the photos. Feel free to PM or email Tylerh860@aol.com. Thanks for looking. Road Trip photos: Vail, Colorado Las Vegas, NV Mercedes Classic Center, Irvine, California Del Mar, California Appearance with stock wheels:

1. What happened to the "car of your dreams" plan?
2. Is there some kind of competition for who can own the most different MBs by the age of ___ going on that I don't know about?

I love my '95 E300, but they aren't what one would call "peppy". Just smooth and adequate. I dig it though! That wagon color combo is stunning, and the painted front and rear bumpers along with the painted lower body cladding really gives it that one of a kind look! And I've just about decided that that color interior is about the best compliment to black exterior paint that I've seen. I hope the guy looking for a '95 or so wagon sees this. He won't find a nicer one! This one is worth paying for...... *edit* Oh crap, I see where he found one a few days ago. I bet he hates his timing!

IF and only IF
IF my wife had not just bought a new mini van this past Saturday
and IF we could have said it was a 2009 year model.... then it would be in in Germantown, TN. Beautiful Car, Tyler; however, I'm disappointed with your photos --- I didn't see a single picture of the car in your parents's driveway.

I figured this would be the one that he would hold onto for a while.... Then again now that I think about it that SL isn't going anywhere considering that it was your Grandmothers right?
