FS: 1985 300D - Florida - Project or Parts

I believe it's time to say goodbye to my first car and fund the more productive avenues of my life.

Year: 1985
Model: 300D (W123)
Mileage: ~297,000

Condition: It runs...in theory. Maybe. It has been sitting since January 2009. All major components were working fine at the time - (engine and trans). After cleaning and hooking the fuel tank up again, I had a tough time getting the fuel system to stay primed. Replaced a few filers and hoses, still no luck. It's possible the IP could be dying, but that sounds pretty rare going by forum research. I came to a point where I had little time, money, or motive to continue pooring into it. I also did a big NO-NO by leaving it filled with biodiesel this entire time.

Color: Custom blue exterior, blue interior

The Bad
-fuel delivery issue & microbe problems related to biodiesel
-rough interior
-non-working cruise control
-no radio
-battery was new, but possibly no good now
-paint chipping, mostly on sunroof
-plenty of vacuum leaks. Brake booster no good
-ignition assembly bad. Wasn't springing back properly. Ignition currently setup in a very bootleg-fashion.
-Non-working A/C

The Good
-engine/trans were both fine
-No Rust. Solid Body. Texas car most of its life, followed by Florida.
-new master cylinder and relatively new brake pads
-Rear half shafts were replaced recently with rebuilds from a reputable company in Colorado (I forget their name)
-No problems with coolant system at all
-I don't think the dash is cracked. (Need to check again when I get home. Previous owner always kept a cover over it).
-Nice sheepskin seat covers

Asking Price: $500 - If I don't get any offers, I may decide to part things out on their own.

Location: Deltona, FL - (30 minutes NorthEast of Orlando)
