NO ONE has been able to give me advice to correct it!
Check your air filters, and your fuel, I see you've replaced them but it's worth a look, I'd also check your tank strainer, it's a filter too. the 95 if I recall right is a NA/non turbo but if I am mistaken, check your boost line. I'd also look to see if you have any places where air can get into your fuel system.

If, during acceleration, you hold the gas pedal to the floor and it does not rget to ~4700 rpm before it shifts then I'd start by checking out the fuel system. As mentioned earlier don't forget the tank screen.

I was trying to recall if the 95 E300 was a NA or a turbo last night when I posted (tired brain) but you dont have a boost line since the 95 606 is NA. Just covering the bases of lack of power, unfortunately I have too much experience in the matter.

+1 on this. This is absolutely true. If the car won't pull to 4700-5000 rpm through first, second, and third gears, you are fuel starved for some reason.

I guess I'd have to ride in it to compare it to mine. Check to see that the resonators are working like they should.
