Did anyone see this listing? 1990 300SEL
 

A friend of mine, who helped me find four of my MB's, found this 300SEL

and called me about it. I am not in the market so he put it on eBay. I don't have any stake in this but just want the forum crowd to know that it's the real deal. If you are looking for a really nice 126 gasser this is an excellent piece. With gas at $3.25 the M103 is the way to go.

I'm just saying...

hmmm... yellow speedo needles with 20 some thousand and ALWAYS garage kept?? Sounds a little fishy.

How do they get like that? I have 160k on mine and they look new. When I pulled the cluster, it had chalk marks. So I think its the original.

And the ad has been removed... so never mind. :)

Maybe a garage with windows :-)
 

I always knew the forum crowd was tough! I love an observant person. All I can say is the two guys that found this car have been messing with cars for over 50 years and I trust them; a rare thing I know. Besides, if you look at the paint, which they metered, and the condition of the leather you just have to agree that it spent MOST of its life in a garage.

my car spent most of its life in a garages and still has faded needles...
