Feeler - Thinking of parting with 2 cars 1987 and 1981 300D's

Well, I've previously posted the 1981 300D, and I'm thinking of throwing in my 1987 300D on the deal, and selling both as a package. Any "rough" ideas what to ask on the 1987 300D end so I can get an idea what to package them for? I will get it detailed, and get better pics. On the way home today, I took a couple videos, one on the highway, and one parked in front of the 1981 model while running. I realize the videos aren't great, but was more of an afterthought on the way home with the car. I drive it about 80 miles a day on my commute. May have to relocate soon for work, so still thinning the fleet down a bit more. Runs great, shifts nice, drivers seat worn, but the rest of the interior is nice. Needs some bits here and there to complete it. Some things I know of that need to be addressed.

Blower motor intermittently works (have a new motor complete with cages in the box I will include)
P.O. broke the inlet tube off the condenser pulling it. I have a new AC Condenser in the box unopened I will also include.
Only rust I can see on the body is the area the W124's get around the front jack access area. Rusted through there.
Sunroof has a broken linkage piece just under the panel.
Has a slow draw on the battery (was told may be trunk closing motor, but haven't investigated) if it's driven daily, no issues. But, I parked it at an airport for a week, and it was dead when I got back.
Cruise does not work.

That's all I can think of. It's got 191,000 miles, working odometer. Power windows work, both power seats work. Alpine deck with Alpine remote 6 disc changer in the trunk. I'd love to keep it, but got to keep letting go until I'm rid of much of the "stuff". I fully realize this is an obsession I had that clearly had gotten out of hand. Just trying to make things right again (not nearly as much fun BTW) I'll try to answer any questions.

Anyway, here's the link to the 1981 300D for sale. Not really going to rehash the deal on that, have a look.

Trying to think of a good ballpark or very rough estimate to ask for both cars as a package. The 87 is driven every day, the 81 was until the vacuum pump diaphragm went out. Once I lost power brakes pulling out of the driveway, and more importantly couldn't shift, I just pulled her back into the driveway and got into the 240D and went to work. She's been sitting ever since (although started and run every now and then).

Thanks all.

Here's the couple quick videos I took today. Neither of the car's are beauty queens, but run well, and have lots of life left, and potential to be brought back to a cosmetically pleasing overall life. The 1987 is actually not bad for its age.
