1983 Station Wagon 300TD
 

First time listing something for sale here, pictures to follow.
I am in Ventura California zip code 93003.
The car is parked in Thousand Oaks CA.

Mercedes Benz station wagon 1983 , thinking maybe $2,500 ??

Comes from original owner and has 199,xxx miles.
Has a set of Mercedes Factory Service Manuals.
Has original issued blue license plates (California folks will know about those).

Car was inherited and is not wanted, I am listing it here to see if anyone wants it.

It was driven over 100 miles to be brought here and is generally speaking, mechanically sound.
Vacuum locks not working, paint is fading, dashboard is cracked. Wood
starting to warp. Needs at least front tires.

I will post pictures as soon as I can.

Also will do a better job of describing it once I see it in person.
The things I look at are motor mounts, rust, general quality from
a restoration perspective.

I value cars that come from original owners as they often have taken good care of them.

It is being offered here first because everyone here is a fan of the Mercedes Benz .

Please ask some questions.

That's a beautiful wagon sir. If I wasn't already attached to the one I have now (Probably already spent more than your asking price repairing my current TD) I'd take you up on the thing.

SOLD! for $2,500 to a person in the neighborhood.

....as long as it didn't mean having to lose someone who loved you enough to will you one, right?
