the "needs a cylinder" part has me not calling. :D

Its an incredibly sparse ad, but it sounds like some kind of engine damage/problem

Yeh true, but that's a clean ride....the needing cylinder has me thinking it may be something simple....say a clogged fuel filter....if I had cash and was local I would go diagnose it myself...
