1973 220D - make me an offer

I really need to get rid of this car, and I refuse to just scrap it. So make me an offer, and I can trailer it to you in or around Austin. Clear title, too, but still no key.

1973 220D, auto, with what is probably a broken crankshaft. Head was rebuilt and is included along with some other miscellaneous parts. Missing key and driver's door handle but is otherwise complete (including all the hubcaps) aside from the engine. Some rust, but nothing fatal, and is extremely dirty. I got it for a project but have too much on my plate - good for fixing up or for parts, which would make me sad, but it is what it is. You can see a lot of information about the engine trouble in my post history.

I hate to see these old girls in the scrap yard too. I had an 82' 300SD that was rust free no motor or trans that I couldn't give away. After a year of trying she went to the scrap yard.
