Any Interest in My 1999 E300?
 

I'm semi-seriously thinking about picking up a 2006 E320 CDI. In which case I would sell my 1999 E300. Black on tan, 170k miles, everything works except the exterior temp gauge, very well maintained by previous owner and me, newer tires, all fluids current. Cosmetically it's in good condition although there a few paint scratches and a few rust spots treated with POR-15 and painted.

If I sell it, I'd probably list it for $4900 or so.

Just trying to gauge the interest level. I'd rather sell to a forum member than deal with Craigslist riffraff.

Yeah, I remember seeing that. I'm sure I'll have to find some way to balance realism and optimism....:confused: I can afford to wait....of course only to see the market plummet further...haha!

In my experience, though, I find I can typically get a better price for a car than the forum doomsayers would predict. Time will tell.

Yes. I'm going to put up an ad this weekend. Need to wash and vacuum first. I will keep you posted.
