Since we've talked, I bought three cars.. Wish this one was still for sale back then... Now if I could only sell one.

Hey man - Sorry to hear you've fallen on tough times

Any chance the wagon is still for sale?

Yes. It's still for sale. The issue is that I need to figure out what the starter issue is in order to know if I can sell it as a runner. I don't have much time to work on it these days.

I see you are in NH. If you want to come by and look at it, you are welcome to. If you can help me rotate the motor while I inspect the flywheel that would be great!

I'd be into coming to check it out and help you out. I'm away from tomorrow through Sunday, but let's touch base early next week and figure something out. I'm over in the Portsmouth area. Not too far of a drive.

She's running. Had the starter rebuilt.
Recent valve adjust.
New battery.
New Glow plugs.
Needs a thorough cleaning inside and out.
Hasn't seen daily use in a few years. Driven only a handful of times in the winter, no rot.
For Sale.
I have no idea what it's worth to anyone.

Spent most of it's time NOT in the rust belt. Came up from North Carolina in 2012. I've kept if off the road in the winter. Body is in good shape. I have many new parts on it. Total front suspension rebuild with OEM and Bilstein parts. A/C compressor, Brakes. Rear hydraulics. Lift gate pistons. Recent Valve adjustment. New battery, fuels filters, glow plugs last week.
215000 miles.

Greasecar WVO kit installed with an additional flat plate heat exchanger. Copilot WVO computer for automatic fuel switching, Pressure gauge to monitor filter health. 15 gallon heated tank in the rear.

Not working- Passenger rear window, Automatic door locks, Sunroof.

Needs a deep clean. Looks rough, but runs & drives great. No rot.

This car is great for road trips. Comfortable, Spacious, Cruise Control works, Roof racks, Huge wagon trunk, WVO, Load leveling rear suspension.

Have a look, make an offer.
Clear title in hand. Easy transaction.

The car should go to a Mercedes Diesel enthusiast or someone willing to keep the wagon on the road for future generations.

This car won the award for "People's Choice" at the 2014 Mt. Washington Auto Road Alternative Energy Summit!

WVO equipment (12v pump, filter, IBC tote, 55 Gallon drum) can go with it, negotiable.

This wagon has been converted to run on straight, unprocessed vegetable oil. Pick up oil from restaurants, filter it, and pump it directly into the heated tank in the rear.
Start the car on diesel. Once the motor is warm, it switches automatically to Waste oil. Run on oil. Before shutting the car down, push a button and the oil gets purged from the motor allowing you to restart from cold on diesel.
