FS - 1990 300CE 24V M104

Ok,

I have to let Heidi go as I bought a new/used for my wife.

Diamond blue color with creme interior. Approx. 150K California car. Newer upper end work by reputable mechanic in LA. Great rubber on tires. New windshield wiper. New heater hoses and radiator plus parts. New steering arm. New fuel pumps. New corner lights. Tinted windows. 9 out of 10 interior. Newer sway bar bushings. Throttle body renewed by BBAreman. New EHA valve. Newer EZL and ignition parts. New blower motor plus parts. Pulls hard. In short....always kept up.

It does have a couple of small paint issues. a leak at coolant from a hose below the intake manifold. I am sure that a DIY guy with a lift and some time would be able to fix. My indie wants around $600.

Priced to sell at $3000/obo. I can send pix if interested. PM or contact here.

Renewed throttle actuator? What was done?

CIS M104's don't have actuators, per se.....Rather air flow plates like the M103's - was that redone in any way? Or cruise actuator? Unless there was a loss in translation somewhere.

I've been looking for 90-92 CE's so just trying to prevent misinformation for both potential buyers - usually folks like me are sticklers when it comes to stuff like this.

Yes, sorry. Changed the posting to read "Throttle body". The cruise actuator has just started having some control problems as far as keeping the correct speed,
however the car is 26 years old. Sunroof has the typical closing problem because the arms have never been changed but it isn't to bad. Tilt up works fine.

Can't believe this hasn't sold. These are amazing cars and only a relative few were sold. Less than 2200 units sold for the 1990 model year. If I had the cash I'd buy it and put it in storage just in case some idiot totals mine.
