1980 300TD w/ manual trans and low miles
I put up my 1980 300TD up on ebay for $123 with no reserve
 Its not perfect but its only got 151K miles and a 4-speed manual.

interesting car, was the stick trans OE ? The headlights original too? if so then its a Euro car with the bumpers upgraded to US spec. That was std procedure for bringing back a Benz in the 70's and 80's it had to meet a strict inspection on the docks here.
You've written a great description. I like the reference to John Lennon's car, his was green as I recall and Yoko hated that color. GL with the auction! (wish I had a stick in my '79 300TD!) DDH
