Tell me about it ! It drives great ! I might have gave it to my 16yr old , but it's not a good starter car! although very reliable

I'm almost positive,Not with a 606 turbo with 155,000 miles and new front and rear windshield !

trouble is the cdi's and blutec's are now available for much less than this car so you really need to find that unicorn buyer who always wanted a properly sorted w140 diesel more than a newer one

This is a Harvard case study in all the things not to do when selling a car or anything for that matter. Nothing to do with Blue Techs and CDI diesels.

If you make it as hard as humanly possible to buy the car to a tiny cheapskate audience (this forum), this is the end result.

The mechanical stuff will be on the road well after all the electronified cdi stuff hits the bone yard. You will still be seeing w123s around in another 20 years. Not so sure about the enduring character of the w140, but the 606 is the end and APEx of the mechanical MB diesels.
