Wonder what happened to the used Mercedes market. It's non-existent anymore. Cars been for sale for too long. Who did the paint work?

In my experience its always been a select few interested in these fine old cars. Most people cannot imagine a car with more than 200K would be worth buying. Usually if I can get them to come look they often buy.

thats the problem getting people to come look.

Most cars before 200k are long gone in the scrapyard so people have that assumption it's on its last legs. I never turn away mileage as long as it was maintained.

Motor was rebuilt at 211,900 around 4/11/11

When my daughter bought the car from me, it was around 215783 miles. The total miles now is 235,000 so that makes about 24,000 miles on the engine rebuild. It runs very very smoothly. I believe it is the smoothest running 617 I ever have had including some which were factory with not too many miles on them.
