David from NC, Al and CA came today and took the lovely brown SD away. ....loaded with two extra spares (3 in all) and every part for a 126 that I had. It'll be riding low, should be good for mileage.

Made it from Indiana to North Carolina, just arrived, 616 miles.
Finally have reevaluated my cars & all and reached the decision to sell this 85 300SD (its in Greensboro NC now) and my 83 300TD wagon (PM for photos, will write up description & post it soon, the wagon is located in Birmingham AL).
I just have to many cars & not enough time!
So here it is again (85 300SD, same price, $3,750).
Wagon is $3200 firm, (202K miles if I remember correctly).

Sorry to hear that David. I'm glad you made it home without incident. That is a lovely car for someone who needs a clean 300SD.

Have just started a new job in a new location so am super busy with no time to do much of anything. (of course they're working me much harder than I expected!).
Lots of comments from people at work with good comments on the appearance of the car.
