Hogweed's point is well taken. I'm STILL looking for a low mile W210 diesel and instead just bought my SECOND CDI because paying $4,800 for a 139,000 mile 05 CDI with a clean title seems like a better deal than spending that much on a W210 turbo diesel with more miles and a salvage title! https://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/cto/d/1999-mercedes-benz-300e/6678131700.html
Here are the rest of the turbo diesel W210s in So. Cal. (All have higher miles than that first one.) https://sandiego.craigslist.org/ssd/cto/d/mercedes-benz-e300-turbo/6667906188.html https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/d/mercedes-e300-turbo-diesel/6674377326.html https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/cto/d/mercedes/6677194228.html

All great info, BUT unfortunately these Craiglist ads are gone - would have been nice to read what that was about (I'm contemplating a 320 CDI purchase at some point).
One simple way would be to copy/ paste here, OR use the Internet Archive and post the link to the (static) archived post. Internet Archive aka Wayback Machine: https://archive.org/web/ |

Why do that? Those cars are either no longer for sale or would be relisted. The point was to help someone who was interested in a car at that time. Not too many out there at the moment, but I don’t think being able to access old posts would be all that helpful

There are a ton of 05-06 CDI cars out there on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace. Most around 5000. A few at 10,000.
I am still loving mine but it will hit 300,000 miles around April. How far can it go? Some ridicule mint at 200,000 miles. How about 300,000? I won’t say mine looks like a new car inside and out, but it really isn’t that far from it. Other than ball joints every 65,000 miles or so, and the issues I had to address that happen to all these cars over time. I am still able to keep up with the maintenance.
