* Interior in poor condition
* Headliner removed
* Radio missing
* Passenger seat is W123
* Transmission flares 2-3 gear shift
* Hood and tops of fenders are wavey
* Some minor dents & dings throughout the body
* Some trim in poor condition (photos show trim missing - I have all the trim)

Additional Info:
* Odometer 15628 reads I do not claim this is accurate - I doubt it
* Engine is an OM616.916 - I obtained the car this way
* Transmission - I will identify next time I put the car on the lift
* Rust is present in typical W115 areas but the body is overall solid and these problem areas can be saved.

The 220D does start, run, drive and stop. As in right this second I can take the key out to the yard, get in, start it and drive around the block. It is NOT highway-ready. It is NOT daily-driver ready.

It IS a running, driving project.

I will provide as many detailed images and videos to serious prospective purchasers as requested. I am virtually always available to show the car in person.

In-person inspection is always best. We can put the 220D on the lift and poke/prod at it to your satisfaction.

I have many parts available and I am willing to work with a serious buyer on some things. We can negotiate.

I appraise this 220D in 'Fair' condition.
