1987 300D Virginia

Hey Guys! I have listed my w124 for sale as I bought aí99 300e over the weekend. Iím really hoping to get the w124 into someoneís hands who will appreciate it. I owned it for 6 years and had every intention to try to log a million on her, but ran across the Ď99 over the weekend and couldnít pass it up.

Iím not sure the appropriate asking price, but I have it listed on Craigslist (pictures in craigslist link below) for $1700, but Iím willing to listen to offers. I have 5 vehicles in the driveway right now and my fiancť is really on me about getting it sold quick.

1987 Mercedes 300D with Turbo Diesel. No rust, southern vehicle, vehicle spent entire life in South Carolina prior to me moving to Virginia earlier this year. This car has been used for driving to work at least 2 days a week for the past 6 years, due to the excellent fuel mileage. Runs great.

The Good:
-Has always started for me and never left me stranded
-brand new tires and next rotation not due for more than 3000 miles
-Within last 4 years have replaced control arms, ball joints, shocks, struts, brakes, injectors
-Battery replaced 1.5 years ago and still under warranty
-Upgraded to euro style headlights
-30 miles per gallon
-radio works
-Comes with original tire change kit and first aid kit.
-Includes spare parts, including extra fuel and oil filters
-Vacuum lines replaced 4 years ago, I would recommend replacing them in next year or two Read Less

The Bad:
-tachometer works intermittently
-sunroof does not work
-a/c blows, but not cold
