The seller is a dealer in FL that has it listed in many places. You can buy it on E bay for $ 77 K.

I'm really not liking the title procedure, they " sell " you the car then mail the title in 3 to 4 weeks. This would be a mess if they close. From the e bay ad:

Quote:
OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE GIVEN POSSESSION OF VEHICLE TITLE SO THAT THEY CAN GO TO THEIR LOCAL DMV AND GET THEIR NEWLY PURCHASED CAR REGISTERED ON THEIR OWN. WE MAIL THE TITLE OUT TO THE BUYER WITHIN 3-4 WEEKS AFTER THE VEHICLE IS PICKED UP. ALTHOUGH IN MOST CASES, THE TITLE IS MAILED OUT MUCH EARLIER, TITLE DELAYS CAN ALSO OCCUR DUE TO CLERICAL MISTAKES OR OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR MEANS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF OUR BUYERS WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THEM THE TITLE BUT IF YOU'RE IN ANY SORT OF RUSH TO GET THE TITLE AS SOON AS THE CAR IS PURCHASED, THEN YOU MUST CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE TITLE IS READY TO BE MAILED. IF IT IS NOT YET READY TO MAIL, WE CANNOT PROMISE GETTING IT TO YOU IMMEDIATELY. IT IS UP TO YOU, THE BUYER, TO MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THE TITLE IS IN OUR HAND BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR IF YOU ARE IN ANY SORT OF RUSH TO GET THE VEHICLE TITLED. NO "CONCESSIONS" OR "DISCOUNTS" WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY SALE FOR TITLE DELAYS. IN THE RARE EVENT THAT THERE IS A TITLE DELAY FOR ANY REASON, YOU (THE BUYER) MUST WAIT TO RECEIVE THE TITLE.

I'm thinking they are brokering cars and many have bank liens that need cleared.

There was a BHPH lot here in SC that was pulling that stunt, selling cars with lender held titles and a promise to 'get it to you in a couple weeks'. And not paying the lender. Leaving the customer high and dry.

Got in big trouble with the state DMV and got a SLED (our state's equivalent to the FBI) investigation.

Wow just noticed this in the original post. Manufacturer Buyback usually means Lemon Law repurchase.

It really depends on why it was bought back. Have a look at this vid where a car was bought back due to radio signals fading in and out.

Steve is a stable car guy, be sure to watch the whole thing.
