time to say goodbye, '93 190E chicago burbs

Hi Folks,

Time to say goodbye to an old friend. Daily driver from 1998 until about 5 years ago. Started not to like the rain, which turned into driving less, which turned into not registering in 2019, which turned into up and down the driveway every now and then.

The good:
-engine and trans solid, top half done early in life like many of these
-body in decent shape except for two stings on both quarters, the worse one was a hit and run while parked. never any accidents.
-no leaks in cooling system
-the following are not original: motor mounts, front struts, radiator, pretty sure rear shocks
-sunroof works great when 75 and sunny
-ABS worked fine when last driven regularly
-dash and gauges in good shape, I think trip meter busted but main ODO works. all gauges functional
-no major rust at jackpoints, trunk, etc. underneath is as you would expect in Chicago
-starts right up, video in link

The bad:
-needs wheel service all around
-3 of 4 window regulators down (would you expect any different?)
-pretty much every secondary system has some level of disrepair (no cruise, A/C went in 2000 or so, radio, pneumatic door locks, etc)

The ugly:
-needs exhaust work, rear muffler dangling, but can be straight pipe if IL as no longer emission tested
-said driveway up and downs have revealed a probable brake line corrosion underneath
-drunk vandals de-starred the hood. no respect.
-electrical issues somewhere, does not like to hold idle in extreme humidity. driveway runs are on nice days

194,000 ODO and really zero in the past 5 years. I have title.
Asking $800 obo. I know it's a timebomb if something bad breaks but there's breakup value plus i got the following to throw in:

-new Graf water pump in faded box
-OE coated front rotors ready to go
-sealed ATE rear rotors ready to go
-i think 2 sets of front pads, 1 rear (major OEM brand)
-newer AGM duracell battery which i have kept charged
-box of misc stuff, fuses, bulbs, a belt, oil filter or two, headlight bulbs
-maintenance CD manuals (more of a novelty at this point)
-haynes manuals (including the UK version for the 2nd gen W201 which was never printed in USA)

If i had a barn, a lift, and fewer kids it would be on the rack right now. But i'll just never have the time. I've been kidding myself for years. Will need a tow. Central Mt Prospect near O'Hare.

Thanks for looking !
