**SOLD**: 1989 190D 2.5 - Salisbury, NC - SOLD
SOLD
1989 Mercedes-Benz 190D 2.5 (W201) VIN: WDBDB26D3KF593806 Car is located in Rowan County, NC, just outside of Salisbury. I bought this car nearby in NC with 212k miles in 2016. Currently has 247941 on the working odometer. Previous owner had the transmission professionally rebuilt at 185k. I have receipts from that and several years of work that he had done professionally. My boys drove this to school for a few years and it's been sitting in my garage ever since. I replaced the drive shaft flex disks and a transmission mount probably in 2018. Replaced the radiator with a Nissen. Water pump was done at the same time. 16" Mercedes Elnath 7-spoke wheels from a newer C-Class car with 205/50/16 tires. I still have the original wheels and tires which are included. I bought European headlights to replace the cracked American model lights, but never installed them. The headlights will also go with the car. The engine started right up after probably a year without being started. Starts/Stops/turns/goes forward/reverse. The transmission was occasionally shifting hard, which may only require some knowledgeable adjustment, but I decided not to chase it and parked the car away. I had dreams of eventually replacing the automatic with the manual transmission from the donor car, a 1984 w201 5spd which is included for the right price. SRS warning light is on. I do not have plates on the car and have not driven it on the road for over two years. Including the other parts I have which: MB brake pads and replacement brake sensor Mann oil/fuel filters My shelf stock of oil. Also, as a bonus for the buyer with the right offer, a 2nd car included for FREE! Why, you ask? … for the 5-spd manual transmission it contains. 1984 190d 2.2 Car is sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. I also replaced the ignition cylinder and drivers door lock with proper factory keyed set, so I think there are 4 keys now with the car... 2 original and 2 new keys.

AC is not working... After spending way too much money on it. Might not take much more due the number of pieces replaced, but I can't say with any confidence it's an easy fix... if it was, I would have done it.
