FS: 1983 240D...um...er...Gambler 500 car?

Ok guys...this car is kind of an interesting one...
Cliff's notes: It's an 83 240 Manual. It has a clean Washington title (in my possession) It sat on Orcas Island for what we can figure is the best part of 15 years. I dragged it back to Oregon and resurrected it recently. We put the car together to be sort of a "Gambler 500" theme car as it is missing some interior parts, has lots of dents, dings, etc... It runs absolutely great. I've owned many of these and this is in the top 3 for starting/running. The trans shifts fantastic also. We put all new front brakes (calipers, hoses, pads, rotors) on and the rears got new pads and hoses. The car has 27x8.50R14 Kumho RoadVenture mud tires on it (because why not). It actually drives great with these on it and has a really cool, aggressive look. The car is super solid and has no structural rust of any kind. Not even any surface rust really. (we don't salt the roads here) Anyway...I have 5 cars, I don't need this one (even though I'd love to keep it) $2000 and it's yours. Would I drive it across the country? After an alignment and maybe oil change...yep, sure. It's best to call/text me 503.932.9622 -Nick |
