FS in NY: 1990 300D 170k

1990 Mercedes Benz 300D with 170k miles. Car was purchased by me in 2020 from the original owners and immediately put in indoor storage. Car has not been registered by me. Car is in very good condition. Car spent summers in upstate NY and winters in FL. Car is white with gray MB Tex. Offered at $10k. Please message me with questions. Thx!

Selling because I’m in the middle of an unplanned move. Too many cars to manage at this point. The 90 engine runs better than the 91 that is my daily driver, but I just repainted the 91 and put a hitch on for my bicycles along with a lot of other work, so I am sticking with the 91.

Your price is off market. Is there something unique about the car to justify an above market price?

it's called swinging for the fences. you get lucky and someone offers you 8 or you don't and sell it for 5-6k

Fortunately, I know what the car is worth based on its history and condition. I’ve owned over a half dozen of this particular model, and this is the first one that the MB dealer had zero recommendations for work as part of the NY Inspection process. Just curious, What makes you guys experts on the value of a car you’ve never seen in person or driven? If you’re not interested at the price offered, move on.
