!987 Saab 900 SPG - special edition turbo - ~157K miles

the car: 16v 4cyl oil cooled turbo; power windows, locks, and sunroof; gray leather interior in good condition - no rips, but there is a worn area on driver's side; original edwardian gray paint in good condition; spg molding/panels intact and in good condition; original spg alloys true and in good condition

recent work: new clutch, new reman. a/c unit (compressor, hoses, etc.), new fuel pressure regulater, plugs and wires, battery, pirellis.

needs attention: headliner, original speakers were starting to go -and then the head-unit went bad (I have a saab clarion replacement from an '85 - but some re-wiring would need to be done), fuel pump is making a slight humm.

car has always been maintained by dealer and saab master mechanic - I have complete records since 1998 - I am the second owner.

a pair of rims and snow tires are included, as well as a mixed bag of extra parts (window switches etc.)

car runs great - engine, turbo, and transmission are all strong

car is located in Central New Jersey (Princeton area)

asking price: $3100 (quick sale could result in a "rebate offer")

just took the car in for a thorough service - new fuel pump and filter (no more buzz-gurgle-gasping), spark plugs, and oil change.

selling so the "boss" will allow 300D purchase...

I have finally finished re-wiring the radio - no more crackling from the speakers and the sound is better than ever.... the aftermarket Alpine CD player works great too!

more work completed! just replaced upper radiator hoses, radiator expansion tank, and several clamps. I also cleaned out the throttle body and the automatic idle control (AIC), and replaced a couple of vacuum lines.

price reduced....

Reduced to $3100 or from $3100?

I don't see any "edit" marks in the first post so I assume the price is reduced from $3,100.
