1982 300 SD for sale/parts

I have a 1982 300 sd with 200K+ miles on speedo. I bought this vehicle with the intent to refurbish and give to nephew. Previous owner said he "overheated the engine". I assumed he meant cooling system overheated. Towed it home and after really looking at it, realized I was in over my head. Fuel lines were unhooked, lots of mess under the hood. Oil dipstick was quite low and extremely black. Color is like a medium dark blue, entire body is straight, interior is not pristine, but not that bad. If interested, this car is in Hamilton, NJ. This car is perfect for someone who needs doors, hood, panels etc. I paid 350.00 for the entire car and that's all I want back out of it.
